The Twilight Saga is a series of four novels written by Stephenie Meyer. The first novel Twilight is written from Bella’s point of view. Ms. Meyer has said that the ideal of the book came to her in a dream. The first hardcover edition came out October 2005. The first paperback edition was in September 2006. Followed by other three books, New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn.
So far are two movies based on the The Twilight Saga, Twilight, released in november 2008, directed by Catherine Hardwicke and New Moon, will be release in november 20th 2009, directed by Chris Weitz. The third movie, Eclipse, directed by David Slade, is beeing shot right now and is schedule to be in the theatres in the summer of 2010. The fourth will be Break Dawn coming only in 2011.
